Preferred Customer
Place Order with a Strong Close
Guide them through the ordering process over the phone (Don't send instructions!) This is impersonal and when things are open-ended they can easily slip through the cracks. After the order is complete you'll want to help them see the value of having a support network of people who could join them on this new health journey.

 

Below you will find instructions to help them invite their friends/family to join them. If they say YES at any point, you can forward them some of the "Shout out Post" or "Sample Private Messages" right while you're on the call. If not, just make sure you send them the sample messages immediately after the call.

 

Congratulations, ______!  I’m so excited for you! Now my goal for you is that you have the best results possible and it’s proven that having an accountability partner or 2 not only makes this experience more enjoyable for you, but it is proven that you’ll be more consistent and have better results.  I’m sure as we’ve been talking, you’ve probably thought of people you know who could really benefit from Plexus. Who are the first 3 people that come to mind that might want to try this with you?”

 

Jot down the names that they mention, if so…… If not, say...

 

That’s ok, people will come to mind as we go! Now, let’s have you throw up a simple shout out on Facebook/Social Media, ok?  This is just to let others know how you’ve been introduced to Plexus (by me/your sponsor) and how it's helped (me/sponsor) and share your excitement… and that you can’t wait to see how it will help you. (I/we) have it all ready to send to you, so you can literally just copy and paste!   It’s really important that you put a picture of yourself with the post because that will give it a lot more attention.  Make sure it’s a picture of you, not a Plexus graphic because we don’t want this to look like an advertisement. Just grab any picture off your phone.   Also, make your post public so (I/we) can have some of our Plexus friends like it and comment on it with their well wishes or personal testimonials.  This can really help your post get more views and quickly gather more interest! I can also give you some other sample messages that you can use to send private messages to people you think might be interested. How's that sound?"

Now let's consider what we should do after our new customer has done their first post or is ready for us to hop on a 3-way call with them!

 

Ambassador Order
Place Order with a Strong Close
Guide them through ordering over the phone (Don't send instructions!) This is impersonal and when things are open-ended they can easily slip through the cracks. ⚠️ Important: Walk them step-by-step through the enrollment process up to the Welcome Packs, and the next screen will invite them to turn their welcome pack into a SUBSCRIPTION, tell them to select “YES”.

 

They shouldn’t even hesitate if you’ve explained the importance of consistency well. If they hesitate, say:

 

“Remember, the subscription is for your convenience and benefit, the last thing you want is to run out of products and lose your progress. Are you sure you’re ready to give this a 90 day commitment or do you think you’re better off to wait until you can?"

 

Help them add in any extras for the second month, on, (Example: an extra bottle of Probio5 the second month, on, when combating candida overgrowth symptoms, as you should have explained to them, earlier. Continue and have them enter all their information

 

⚠️ If they ask about entering their SSN: “As an ambassador, you qualify to earn income, even on your own orders, so Plexus has to have your social security number in case you end up earning enough to qualify for a 1099.

 

 

"I’m so excited for you, _____! Now, (my/our) goal is that you pay for this order, today, and you never have to pay for another order, again. Would you be willing to let (me/us) help you with that if (I/we) made it really simple?”

"Great! I’m sure as we’ve been talking, you’ve probably thought of people you know who could really benefit from Plexus. Who are the first 3 people that come to mind?”

"Keep in mind that you may or may not get any bites on this first post. If not, that doesn’t mean you can’t get your products covered or beyond. Now, let me get those sample messages over to you, and if you have time now, I can even help you with your first post!"

😞 If they DON'T want to do it now, say: "Okay... no worries... So let’s jump off the phone, and (I/we) will send you that sample post that you can just copy and paste. Just remember... The sooner the better, ok?... Oh, and don't forget to tag me! Congratulations, _______!”
